If you liked the sound of HAPi Hour - In Person but you’d feel more comfortable starting with others, or simply enjoy training together, you can bring up to two friends and train as a small group.
These sessions are still tailored, still personal, just shared.

HAPi Reset
Perfect if you’re not sure where to start and want clarity before committing. A 90‑minute deep‑dive session designed to understand your health, movement and lifestyle before starting a coaching journey.
Movement and lifestyle assessment; Understanding how you currently move, live, and manage your day-to-day,
Strength and mobility observation; We assess your strength, movement patterns, and mobility, helping us build a safe, effective foundation tailored to your body.
Nutritional review; A simple, realistic look at your current eating habits, focusing on how to better fuel your energy, recovery, and overall wellbeing without restriction or overwhelm.
Hormonal and energy insights; Let’s discuss how your hormones, energy levels, and lifestyle influence how you feel, train, and recover, so we can work with your body, not against it.
I create you a personalised action plan with clear recommendations for you to consider. You get clarity and direction.

Consistency is where real change happens. Monthly coaching gives us the time, structure & accountability to achieve meaningful progress.
All memberships begin with a 3‑month commitment, allowing time to build momentum and recognise the changes. 1 months notice required after month 3.
HAPi Rhythm

A more structured coaching experience combining in‑person sessions and online support, helping you create a natural rhythm that feels sustainable, strong, and entirely your own.
My aim is to help you become your own expert, achieve goals that matter to you, establish the right habits and baseline, and gain knowledge to maintain them.
We plan for independence, not reliance.

HAPi Balance
Online Coaching.
Perfect if you prefer training independently but want structure, guidance and accountability along the way. You train in your own time while receiving ongoing coaching through online sessions and video.
You can expect:
A framework to track, plan and prioritise your progress.
Training tailored to your hormonal profile and energy levels; discover when to push and when to rest
210 minutes coaching support per month (online)
Technique, guidance and form feedback via online sessions or videos.
Monthly progress review; reflection on what is working and what we need to adjust.
Regular accountability and support check-in’s to help you stay consistent and keep momentum.

Ongoing support, without the sessions
This option is for you if you want structure, guidance, and accountability, but don’t need regular in-person or online sessions.
We focus on building a plan that works for your life, helping you stay consistent with it.

Bring HAPi to your people.
I offer HAPi Day packages for businesses looking to invest in the wellbeing of their people.
When businesses invest in helping their people understand their own health, energy and wellbeing, the return is often seen in greater focus, higher motivation, stronger productivity and fewer days lost to sickness.
